Your mission

Please note that this job is on-site at our Warehouse in Cherryville, NC 28021

• Prepare orders for shipment, including internal orders, and ensure accuracy.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to pull items from storage.
• Review picked orders, correct mistakes, and confirm transport orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure safe, efficient material storage.
• Assemble part kits, package products, and prepare them for shipment.
• Conduct manual lifting of materials up to 50 lbs, help with inventory, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Follow safety, company policies, ISO, and OSHA standards.
• Support team productivity, assist with changing priorities, and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Your profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required; SAP experience preferred.
• Warehouse and distribution experience highly preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of materials (e.g., metals), hardware, and tools, with experience reading blueprints and using measurement tools.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills; reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends if needed.
• Willing and able to commute daily to our warehouse in Cherryville, NC 28021
