Your mission

• Assist in creating and updating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and coordinating follow-up deliveries.
• Monitor project-related risks and help ensure timely follow-up on identified issues.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports for various stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of new project management processes.
• Prepare evaluations and analyses and help track deadlines and planned milestones.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations for management and project boards.
• Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Record and track lessons learned measures.
• Help organize and prepare regular global project meetings (Jour Fixe) with project managers.
• Provide assistance to project managers with project approvals and board presentations.

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• First practical experience in project management is an advantage.
• Very good command of English and German (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• An analytical and structured way of working with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Team player with flexibility to work in an international environment.
