Ihre Aufgaben

Develop and implement claim management structures, tools, and processes from the ground up
Take full responsibility for end-to-end claim management in international PV projects
Analyze contracts, technical documents, and project records to identify risks, entitlement opportunities, and supporting evidence
Prepare, negotiate, and enforce claims with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support project teams with guidance on documenting changes, delays, additional costs, and other claim relevant events
Ensure accurate claim documentation, reporting, and tracking throughout the claim lifecycle
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Legal, and Finance to secure contractual rights and optimize
financial outcomes
Introduce preventive measures, lessons learned, and best practices to reduce claim occurrences in future projects
Contribute to internal training and awareness building on claim-related topics

Ihr Profil

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization
