Civil Engineer (Project Engineering)

Your mission


As part of our newly established Project Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions for international projects.
  • Perform structural calculations and stability analyses for steel and aluminum supporting structures, with a focus on photovoltaic mounting systems.
  • Develop reinforcement and retrofit concepts based on engineering assessments and project requirements.
  • Support projects throughout the engineering lifecycle, from feasibility and design through execution and commissioning.
  • Prepare and review structural calculations, technical documentation, and engineering drawings in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues from Structural Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and other technical disciplines to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, design methodologies, and internal processes.
  • Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and engineering best practices to ensure technical excellence.

Your profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or comparable technical discipline.
  • Several years of experience in structural engineering, ideally with steel and aluminum structures.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, Eurocodes, and relevant engineering standards.
  • Experience assessing existing structures and developing strengthening or retrofit solutions is an advantage.
  • Authorization to perform structural stability verification (or eligibility to obtain it) is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency with engineering software such as Dlubal RFEM, FRILO, and Microsoft Office. 
  • Geotechnical software for pile embedment design and verification is a plus
  • A structured and analytical way of working with a strong focus on quality and technical accuracy.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
  • Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B1); additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Motivated to contribute to a growing engineering team and take ownership of challenging technical projects.
